Setmabanning is a beautifully located family run caravan and camping park in the heart of the Lake District with stunning views of Blencathra and surrounding fells.

Setmabanning offers an excellent base for both exploration or simply relaxation. The more energetic can tackle the Blencathra, Skiddaw and Hellvelyn ranges which are all located nearby or if you fancy something a little easier there are beautiful footpaths and cycle tracks around the local valley which can also lead to Keswick.

A five minute walk takes you to the village of Threlkeld at the foot of Blencathra with two country pubs serving local ales and hearty Cumbrian foods that have excellent reputations.

Being a working farm, there is always plenty to see whether it be the sheep being sheared, cows going out into the fields with their babies or you can enjoy feeding the chickens and ducks as they wander by.

We are ideally located just off the A66. 14 miles from Penrith J40, M6 and just 4miles from the bustling market town of Keswick.
